Deposition Bombshell: DiLorenzo Shows Ben Edtl Doctored Records and Secret Falsified RLS Report Demanding He Be Turned Over to Authorities

Portland, OR – December 3, 2025 – Yesterday I was deposed by high-priced Portland attorney John DiLorenzo Jr., representing Douglas County Clerk Dan Loomis and Natasha Atkinson, the candidate who was illegally “awarded” Todd Vaughn’s stolen seat on the Umpqua Public Transit District board after the rigged May 2025 election.

What happened in that deposition was nothing short of shocking.

DiLorenzo first presented “public records” that had been doctored to omit a direct, on-the-record threat made by UPTD Director Bill Hagedorn against my employment during a public meeting. The records were altered to hide the constructed intimidation.

Then came the real gut punch: for the first time, I was shown the secret, falsified RLS report, the very document produced as part of the conspiracy with ODOT and the Republican Caucus. This report falsely claimed serious violations and demanded that I be turned over to local authorities for investigation.

This was a total shock. By December 2024 the Umpqua Public Transit District was 100% compliant in every category under my leadership — a complete turnaround from the disaster I inherited. Yet the establishment’s hired gun was waving around a fabricated report calling for my head on a platter.

This wasn’t incompetence. This was a deliberate fabrication designed to destroy me professionally and personally because I exposed Oregon’s rigged elections and refused to certify the fraud.

DiLorenzo, Loomis, Atkinson, ODOT, RLS, Diehl, and the GOP insiders who enabled this are now on record participating in this coordinated smear. The mask is completely off.

The people of Oregon deserve to know how deep the corruption runs. This is the same machine that can’t prove our elections are secure because they’re too busy weaponizing government against anyone who tells the truth.
