Wagner Refuses to Debate Edtl After Embarrassing Willamette Week Interview

I finally got the opportunity to meet Democrat Senate Majority Leader Rob Wagner at the Willamette Week endorsement interview. Wagner was completely unprepared to face me. He slithered around nearly every question, proudly took ownership in his role of shaping Oregon’s legislative agenda and mysteriously “forgot” his bail reform bill (SB 48) which enabled George Soros District Attorney Mike Schmidt to catch and release Measure 11 offenders such as rapists, armed robbers and even murderers. After I jogged his memory, he blamed Janelle Bynum, the only Black woman in the Senate. I challenged him to explain his 27 bills that made everything in Oregon cost 2-3 times more, his 16 bills that defunded and demoralized our local police and his bills that make it easier for the party in power to cheat our elections.

But the best part is at the end when I challenged him to a public debate. At first, he refused to answer. But when Mark Zusman, the big boss at WWeek, pushed him to respond, Wagner said “no way, I’m not subjecting myself to this!” Rob Wagner: won’t subject himself to his constituents!

I apologize for the poor audio quality, but the content is pure gold. You won’t get a better insight as to the contrast between me and Wagner. Give it a listen! You’ll be blown away by this swamp creature.
